Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated QA General with a passion for testing and quality assurance to join our QA Connectivity team. The role involves testing various systems, creating test cases, and ensuring the overall quality of our products. You will work closely with team members from different locations (Paris and London) and contribute to the success of the product through diligent testing and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze new functionality, create detailed test cases, and execute tests.
- Conduct manual testing across different releases.
- Integrate APIs with other components, including manual deployment on Linux back-end.
- Upgrade the testing environment through Jenkins jobs and occasionally manually on Linux back-end.
- Perform regression testing, analyze results, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with team members, including developers, project managers, and product owners from Paris and London.
Must-Have Skills:
- At least 6 months of experience working with Python, Bash, or another scripting language.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies.
- Minimum 12 months of experience with Linux back-end (command line).
- Experience in writing test documentation.
- At least 6 months of experience in software testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Intermediate spoken English skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with bug-tracking systems, specifically Jira.
