The Quod Financial engineering team is primarily based in the center of Paris and accounts for almost 75% of our staff. From DBA to UX, UI designers. QA, software engineering in C++, C# and .Net, you would be joining a diverse and highly qualified team with an average employment length of over 8 years.

Whilst our core engineering team has, almost exclusively, obtained PhDs or Masters qualifications in their field, Quod believes firmly in training and identifying young talent: people who want to learn and grow in capital markets. Technical Project Management combines the conflicting roles of technical manager, communicator, and quality assurance analyst. This is a fast-paced, project/client-driven role for the true IT professional, confident in assessing technical risks and problems.

With our adaptive platform handling over 5 million client orders per second, the trading support team forms the global core of the company and works from all of our offices. We are focused around the clock on supporting our clients’ trading capabilities.

However, we do not just address internal systems. More often than not, problems occur in parts of the chain that are not controlled by Quod. In a support role, your responsibility extends far beyond watching; you will have the opportunity to deep dive into solving complex and interconnected problems, often within 3rd party systems.
